A commitment to entrepreneurship is a commitment to service.

Through years of working with business owners (some of whom driven solely by self-interest), I came to deeply appreciate the transformative power of Jesus' teaching on servant leadership. This revelation has become the foundation of my work, shaping every aspect of my business practices around three core principles.

Use Money, Not People.

Wealth should be attained for the purpose of serving God and others versus using God and others to attain wealth.

Bad Bosses Prioritize Rewards over Responsibility.

Many people leave toxic work environments just to go build a toxic work environment for someone else because they prioritize the rewards they want for themselves and ignore the responsibility they have to others.

Purpose Can Fulfill What Money, Success and Status Cannot

Many entrepreneurs go into business to fill a void that can only be filled by fulfilling what their Creator created them to do. There is more fulfillment in serving others rather than in only serving yourself.
